Privacy policy.
This is a personal portfolio site run by Luna Lamb. I keep data collection to a minimum. Here is exactly what is collected, why, and how to reach me about it.
Analytics
With your consent, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how pages are used (which pages get visited, rough device and browser type, approximate location, and referring links). Google acts as a data processor on my behalf.
Analytics only runs after you click Accept on the cookie banner. By default it is switched off (Google Consent Mode v2 with analytics storage denied), and nothing is stored on your device until you opt in. You can decline and the site works exactly the same.
Contact form
If you use the contact form, the name, email, company, and message you submit are sent through Web3Forms (the form processor) and delivered to my inbox. I use this only to read and respond to your enquiry. It is never sold or shared for marketing.
Legal basis
Analytics is collected on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by clearing this site’s storage in your browser. Handling and replying to a message you send me rests on my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Retention
Analytics data is retained per the GA4 default of 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted. Emails from the contact form are kept for as long as I need them to handle and follow up on your enquiry, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask me what data I hold about you, request a copy, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to processing. Just email me and I will sort it out.
I honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if your browser sends it, analytics stays off and the consent banner never appears.
